Community Engagement & Enrichment Programs (CEEP)
Serving the Mohawk Trail Regional School District, the office of community engagement and enrichment programs provides learning opportunities for all district students. Here you will find information about district enrichment programs and community events.
Spring Enrichment and April Vacation Camp
Thanks to everyone for participating in our enrichment programs during March and April. Spring is in the air and so are our spring programs!
If you have already filled out paperwork for a previous program, there is no need to do it again. To enroll your student, please email Mrs. Woof to secure a spot for your child.
All students participating in after-school programs must enroll in their school's COVID-19 pool testing. Please contact your school nurse if you need to register your child.
All of our programs require your child's enrollment forms to be on file. Please pay program fees up front once you receive your confirmation email to finalize your child's spot.
These programs are open to all students in the district. We provide free transportation to the regional school, and parents may pick up students when the programs end at 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
How to Enroll
Preregistration is required for all programs. To enroll your child in an enrichment program, please fill out the online registration form below.

April Vacation: Hilltown Scout Camp
Are you looking for an educational camp during April vacation? Look no further, the Hilltown Scout Camp is back to provide a "Spring Splash" program at MTRS! Students will hike the trails behind Mohawk Trail, explore the stream, take a local field trip, and have some gym time each day. Alia Woofenden will lead the group in other hands-on and inquiry-based activities that integrate into our spring theme.
This program is open to students in kindergarten through sixth grade in the district, and we will have 20 spots available. In addition, thanks to the generosity of the Mary Lyon Foundation, five of those spots have scholarship money available for qualifying families. Families interested in applying for a scholarship spot should fill out the scholarship form by April 9. All families will receive a notification the following week concerning their enrollment status.
The camp is open from Monday, April 18 to Friday, April 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This program will be first come, first serve; however, priority will be given to families who are looking to enroll for the full week. The cost is $150 for the whole week or $30 per day. Families need to complete the registration form below and they will be notified about their enrollment status once their form has been reviewed. Payment is expected in full before the program starts.
Limited space is available.
- Monday: Habitats are Homes - Students will explore the MTRS campus and identify the various habitats animals use in the area.
- Tuesday: Stream Splash - What lives in our streams? Students will use nets to explore and collect the different animals they find.
- Wednesday: Game Day - Spring is all about getting outside and getting active again. Capture the flag, hide and seek, and other outdoor active games will occur this day.
